介绍了稠油注蒸汽添加增效剂及泡沫剂开采技术的机理及现场应用效果。室内研究表明 ,增效剂水溶液在一定温度下反应 ,使原油黏度大幅度下降 ,油—水界面张力从 30 .5mN/m降到 12 .3mN/m ;热水添加增效剂驱 ,岩心残余油饱和度降低 4 .7个百分点 ,并且较大幅度地提高了采油速度 ;蒸汽添加增效剂驱、增效剂及泡沫辅助蒸汽驱技术不仅能改善蒸汽的波及体积 ,采收率提高 17.5个百分点 ,而且还能明显地提高采油速度。现场已开展 37井次的试验 ,应用增效剂及泡沫剂辅助蒸汽驱技术 ,使阶段油汽比平均提高 114 % ,采注比平均提高 116 % ,工艺成功率 10 0 % ,有效率 10 0 % ,累计增油 170 0 3.34t,获得较高的经济效益。蒸汽吞吐后期不适宜转蒸汽驱的边际油藏及蒸汽驱效果不理想的稠油油藏均可考虑转注热水添加增效剂及泡沫剂技术开发。
