面对现实,消防工作落后于经济建设的发展,成为经济建设中的一大盲区,消防管理不规范,消防环境不正常,消防法制不健全,消防通讯不畅通,消防设施不配套,更有部分领导,消防观念淡薄,部分群众思想麻木,这一切,充分说明,消防工作的运行还停留在“慢车道”上。 火烧眉睫,公安部消防局刘式浦少将提出了“树立大消防观念,建立大消防格局”的思想,这不失为明智之举。“大消防”,这是消防工作的必由之路,这是消防工作的最终归宿,这是消防工作社会化的关键所在。
