主动性是决定学习效果的重要因素,本文根据高职院校课程教学中反映出的学生学习主动性不高的问题,分析了高职学生学习缺乏主动性的原因,诸如教师的引导、课堂气氛沉闷、未进行分层次教学等。针对这些原因,提出了一些提高学生学习主动性的对策。通过提高教师自身水平、加强师生间情感交流、分层次教学、激励学生以及开展课堂活动等方式来培养学生学习的主动性。
The initiative is the important factor that determines the learning effect. According to the problem that the students’ learning initiative reflected in the course teaching in higher vocational colleges is not high, this paper analyzes the reason why the students in vocational colleges lack of initiative, such as the guidance of teachers and classroom atmosphere Boring, not teaching at different levels. For these reasons, some countermeasures to improve students’ learning initiative are put forward. By raising the level of teachers, strengthening the emotional exchanges between teachers and students, teaching at different levels, encouraging students and carrying out classroom activities, we can cultivate students’ initiative.
