建设场地清理费是线路工程造价构成中较为特殊的一项,它不仅与地域有关,也与时间相关。2002年以来,建设场地清理费经历了三个大的阶段,在不同阶段的造价水平及其变化有自身特点。2006年定额执行期的建设场地清理费最高,2001年定额执行期次之,1996年定额执行期最低。建设场地清理费变化的主要原因是征地和砍树赔偿费及森林植被恢复费变化。
Construction site cleaning fee is a relatively special line construction cost, it is not only related to the region, but also with the time. Since 2002, construction site clean-up fees have gone through three major stages. The cost levels and their changes in different stages have their own characteristics. The fixed construction site in the fixed-term execution period in 2006 was the highest, followed by the fixed-term implementation period in 2001 and the lowest fixed-term implementation period in 1996. The main reason for the change of construction site cleaning fees is the compensation for land acquisition and tree cutting and the change of restoration fees for forest vegetation.
