以重庆工贸职业技术学院学生为研究对象,问卷调查了在校三个年级学生的食品安全知识、食品安全意识,饮食卫生习惯和消费行为。结果表明:在校高职学生的食品安全知识较缺乏,食品安全意识有待提高,影响因素与专业、年级、性别和成长地等有关。建议学校应加强食品安全知识和健康饮食习惯的宣传教育。
Chongqing Polytechnic Institute of Technology students as the research object, the questionnaire surveyed the three grades of students in school food safety knowledge, food safety awareness, eating habits and consumer behavior. The results showed that there was a lack of food safety knowledge in higher vocational school students and the awareness of food safety needs to be improved. The influencing factors were related to specialty, grade, sex and place of growth. It is suggested that schools should strengthen the publicity and education on food safety knowledge and healthy eating habits.
