本文运用大量史实,剖析了我国农村改革“退与进”的特殊规律,为邓小平同志的“猫论”作出了全新解说。并结合当前“猫论”被人为扭曲,使之偏离原创价值轨道的现象给予了拨正,指明了与时俱进的“猫论”对新农村建设的指导作用。 Based on a large amount of historical facts, this paper analyzes the special laws of “retreat and into” in rural reform in our country and makes a new explanation for Comrade Deng’s “theory of cats.” In the light of the current “Cat Theory” being artificially distorted and deviating from the original value track, this paper points out the guiding role of “Cat Theory” advancing with the times to the new rural reconstruction.
