坚持先行先试,不断深化医药卫生体制改革。我省医改综合试点方案已由国务院医改办批准实施,2月10日,省医改领导小组召开会议进行了安排部署。方案明确提出利用3年时间,采取“三步走”的办法,预计投入资金178亿元,力争在落实7个方面、44项具体改革任务上实现新突破。这7个方面重点工作承接了国家提出到2020年的目标任务和总体要求,都属于先行先试的范围。我们要充分发挥主战场
