教师成长文化是教师文化的重要组成部分,教师成长文化的建设是缓解教师职业生态危机、消除教师职业倦怠的现实路径。连云港市墟沟小学教育集团以构建教师成长文化为载体,引导和帮助每一位教师拥有幸福完整的教育生活。从三个维度着力构建教师成长文化:一是从宏观层面建立成长共同愿景。研制《墟沟小学三年发展规划》《墟沟小学文化建设纲要》和《校本课程纲要》。二是从中观层面搭建成长平台。坚持教学增值评价和完善教师绩效考核
