连云港市墟沟小学教育集团 构建教师成长文化 唤醒主体成长意识

教师成长文化是教师文化的重要组成部分,教师成长文化的建设是缓解教师职业生态危机、消除教师职业倦怠的现实路径。连云港市墟沟小学教育集团以构建教师成长文化为载体,引导和帮助每一位教师拥有幸福完整的教育生活。从三个维度着力构建教师成长文化:一是从宏观层面建立成长共同愿景。研制《墟沟小学三年发展规划》《墟沟小学文化建设纲要》和《校本课程纲要》。二是从中观层面搭建成长平台。坚持教学增值评价和完善教师绩效考核 Teacher growth culture is an important part of teacher culture. The development of teacher growth culture is a realistic path to relieve the teacher’s occupational ecological crisis and eliminate the teacher’s burnout. Lianyungang City Xugou primary education group to build a culture of teacher growth as the carrier, to guide and help each teacher has a happy and complete education life. Focus on building a teacher growth culture from three dimensions: First, establish a common vision of growth from a macro perspective. Developed “Xugou primary school three-year development plan” “Xugou primary culture construction outline” and “school-based curriculum”.
