一、分层教学的必要性在新课改大力实施的今天,到处洋溢着合作、自主、探究、和谐的气息。这使得学生的学习气氛更浓了,学习兴致更高了,学习效率更显著了。可是,我们不难发现,主宰这一切的仍是一些基础较好、能力较强、胆子较大的中等偏上和优等生,而忽略了那些成绩不高、自信不够、需要帮助的学生。其实,他们并不是真的差,只是缺少鼓励,缺少关注,如果老师一味冷落他们,不仅对他们学习
