单疱病毒角膜炎的发病率有逐年上升之势,本病类型多种,病程经久不愈,又好复发。目前虽有不少抗病毒药物,但常因抗药性疗效不够满意,又有一些药如碘甘(I.D.u)经常缺乏,故必要寻找更多的新药。半年来,我院在门诊用0.1%利福平眼液,治疗36例单疮病毒角膜炎,有完整记录的23例,现将情况报告如下。一、病例概况23例中,男性16例,女性7例;共36只眼。其中上皮型(包括点状、丝状者)29只眼,树枝状角膜炎3只眼,深层型4只限。病程最短者4天,最长者4年多。8例未用过任何药物治疗,15例曾用各种抗病毒药物未愈或复发。所有患者除有各型角膜混浊外都有结膜充血,角膜知觉减退,异物感和畏光流泪等症状。

First, the case overview 23 cases, 16 males and 7 females; a total of 36 eyes. The epithelial type (including punctate, filamentous) 29 eyes, dendritic keratitis 3 eyes, deep type 4 only. The shortest duration of 4 days, the longest 4 years. 8 cases did not use any drug treatment, 15 cases of various antiviral drugs have not recovered or relapse. All patients except for various types of corneal opacities have conjunctival congestion, corneal hypofunction, foreign body sensation and photophobia and other symptoms.
