目的:探讨不同剂量大黄、赤芍对肝衰竭大鼠肝功能的影响。方法:SPF级Wistar大鼠120只,按随机数字表法随机分为6组:假手术组、模型对照组、大黄赤芍低剂量组、大黄赤芍中剂量组、大黄赤芍高剂量组和促肝细胞生长素组,每组20只。采用90%肝切除术构建肝衰竭大鼠肝再生模型,观察第3 h、24 h、48 h肝衰竭大鼠ALT、AST和TBi L含量,并观察第48 h肝衰竭大鼠存活情况。结果:与小剂量和中剂量大黄赤芍组相比较,高剂量大黄赤芍组可显著改善肝衰竭大鼠术后肝功能,提高大鼠生存率。结论:高剂量大黄赤芍可改善肝衰竭大鼠的肝脏生化指标,促进肝功能的恢复,降低大鼠死亡率。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different dosages of rhubarb and red peony on liver function in rats with liver failure. Methods: One hundred and twenty SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups according to the random number table method: sham-operation group, model control group, low-dose rhubarb Radix group, middle-dose rhubarb Radix group, Hepatocyte growth-promoting group, each group of 20. The model of hepatic regeneration in rats with liver failure was established by 90% hepatectomy. The levels of ALT, AST and TBi L in rats with hepatic failure at 3 h, 24 h, 48 h were observed. The survival of rats at 48 h hepatic failure was observed. Results: Compared with the low dose and middle dose rhubarb red peony root group, the high dose rhubarb red peony root group could significantly improve liver function and improve the survival rate of rats with liver failure. Conclusion: Rhubarb with high dose of Radix Paeoniae Rubra can improve the hepatic biochemical parameters of rats with liver failure, promote the recovery of liver function and reduce the mortality of rats.
