档案信息资源建设是实现档案资源共享的物质基础,也是促进档案事业发展的重要领域。档案信息资源建设的质量优劣直接关系到档案信息化建设的发展进程,因此,应以实施档案信息化建设为契机,加快档案信息资源建设的步伐。档案信息资源建设主要体现在档案信息资源数字化建设、档案信息资源网络化建设和档案信息资源安全保障体系建设三大领域。如何结合档案工作实际,推动档案信息资源的建设,是各级档案部门和档案管理者必须认真考虑的问题。
File information resources construction is to achieve the material basis for the sharing of file resources, but also to promote the development of archives an important area.
