锥管外接园支管,外部以蝶形(或称盘形)加强结构加固的叉管。在中、小型水电站钢管设计中比较常见(图一)。设计中,需要确定主、支管管壳连接处的相贯曲线, 以拟定蝶形加强梁结构尺寸和主、支管管壳展开尺寸。常用的图解法,虽比较简捷,但精度受采用的比例尺限制,管径较大时,实用性也受到限制。采用三倒锥公切于一球面的做法,使相贯线呈二元二次曲线,又可能导致叉管结构复杂化,钢材耗量增大。
