作者从人工感染曼氏血吸虫毛蚴的扁卷螺(Biomphalaria glabrata)体内分离出第3或第4期的尾蚴早期胚胎,在含有扁卷螺胚胎细胞系的组织培养液中进行离体培养,在28℃培养4~7天,早期的尾蚴胚胎可发育成强有游泳活动力的第7期尾蚴。虽然在7天内早期的尾蚴胚胎能发育成尾蚴,但是发育并不一致,有的胚胎未能生长发育完全,甚至离体培养14天之后仍停留在第5或第6期的阶段。如应用早于第3期的尾蚴胚胎进行离体培养,并不能发育成尾蚴。作者指出在离体培养中尾蚴发育的情况和过去文献中所报
The authors isolated the third or fourth stage of the cercariae early embryos from the biomphalaria glabrata infected with the miracidia Schistosoma mansoni and cultured in vitro in tissue culture medium containing the cells of the flat snail embryo culture at 28 ℃ cultured for 4 to 7 days, the early cercariae embryos can develop into a strong swimming activity of the first 7 cercariae. Although early cercariae embryos developed cercariae within 7 days, their development was not consistent. Some embryos failed to grow well and even stayed on stage 5 or 6 after 14 days of in vitro culture.
