税收征管制度与国家经济、社会以及法律体系有着密切关系,也是增值税征管制度总的体现。本文拟通过对增值税征管的现状研究增值税存在的问题,同时提出增值税征收管理存在的问题和相关措施,使增值税征管制度更加完善,税制更加严谨。
Tax collection and management system and the state economy, society and the legal system are closely related, but also a general manifestation of VAT collection and management system. This article intends to investigate the existing problems of value-added tax by collecting the current situation of value-added tax collection and management, and puts forward the existing problems and relevant measures in the collection management of value-added tax so as to make the collection and management system of value added tax more perfect and the tax system more rigorous.
