按照国家“营改增”实施方案,施工企业完成“营改增”后的税率为11%,上述变革将对施工企业及其上下游产业链产生重大影响,本文通过分析营改增对施工企业产生的影响,提出施工企业面对税制改革的针对性应对措施,对完善施工企业财务管理和税收筹划具有一定借鉴意义。
