本文分析了葛洪山名茶形成的生态环境与地质背景。涵江茶场建成茶林结构的良性生态环境与名茶品质形成的关系,亦初步探明名茶品质与葛洪山地质环境的关系。葛洪山土壤富集多种矿质元素,其中Zn、Mn、B、Cu、Se等微量元素能被茶树大量吸收,形成含硒富锌茶,这是葛洪山名茶品质形成的地质背景。并提出发挥葛洪山资源优势,开发天然含硒富锌茶的建议。
