振荡指标法的概念早在四十年代就出现了。美国人和苏联人都作了大量的研究。但各有各的特色。美国文献上的有关方法都是试探性的。而苏联学者B.A.别塞克尔斯基于五十年代所提出的所谓M法则迥然不同,它是一种直接了当的方法,是对系统控制参数的纯解析计算。这种M法,后来得到迅速的发展,无论在模拟滤波闭环系统或是在数字滤波闭环系统中都得到了广泛的应用。
The concept of oscillatory indicator law appeared in the 1940s. The Americans and the Soviets have done a great deal of research. But each has its own characteristics. The relevant methods in the American literature are tentative. The Soviet scholar B.A. Bessekarsz based on the so-called M-law proposed in the 1950s is quite different. It is a straightforward method, which is pure analytic calculation of the system control parameters. This M-law, followed by rapid development, has been widely used both in analog filtering closed-loop systems and in digital filtering closed-loop systems.
