目的:观察复方全蚕粉胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠糖、脂代谢的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养加小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)ip SD大鼠复制实验性2型糖尿病模型,按血糖值将模型大鼠随机分、模型组、复方全蚕粉胶囊低、中、高剂量组(0.5,1.0,2.0 g.kg-1)、阿卡波糖组(3 mg.kg-1),另设正常对照组。给药6周后测定各组大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(Home-IR)。结果:与模型组比较,复方全蚕粉胶囊各剂量组可使FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C和MDA显著降低,而HDL-C和SOD显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),能有效地改善高胰岛素血症状态。结论:复方全蚕粉胶囊能有效调节2型糖尿病大鼠糖、脂代谢紊乱,改善外周组织对胰岛素的敏感性,从而减轻2型糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素抵抗。
Objective: To observe the effects of Fufang Chuanshu Capsule on the glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: The model of experimental type 2 diabetes was induced by high fat diet and low dose streptozotocin (STZ) ip SD rats. The rats were randomly divided into model group, Middle and high dose groups (0.5,1.0,2.0 g.kg-1), acarbose group (3 mg.kg-1), another normal control group. After 6 weeks of administration, fasting blood glucose (FPG), serum insulin (FINS), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein HDL-C), serum malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and calculate the index of insulin resistance (Home-IR). Results: Compared with the model group, FPG, TC, TG, LDL-C and MDA significantly decreased, but HDL-C and SOD increased significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01) Can effectively improve the hyperinsulinism. Conclusion: Fufang Chuangmafen Capsule can effectively regulate the glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats and improve the sensitivity of peripheral tissues to insulin, so as to relieve the insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats.
