西汉前期的私营工商业在汉朝乃至整个中国历史上都占有非常重要的地位。本文在把握西汉前期制度、理论变迁的基础上,全面论述了其间私营工商业兴起的背景,分析主要相关政策及对经济结构的影响。认为汉初私营工商业的兴起是和无为而治、轻徭薄赋的经济方针以及实行授田制等背景有密切联系的,也和“弛山泽之禁”、允许私铸货币等主要政策的支持密不可分的,但同时它也给汉初的经济结构带来了一些负面影响。
The private industry and commerce in the early Western Han Dynasty occupied a very important position in the history of Han Dynasty and even throughout China. On the basis of grasping the pre-Western Han Dynasty system and theoretical changes, this paper comprehensively expounds the background of the rise of private industry and commerce during this period, and analyzes the main related policies and the impact on the economic structure. He thinks that the rise of private industry and commerce in early Han Dynasty was closely linked with the economic policy of governing by infringement of laws, frivolous economic conditions, Are inseparable from its support, but at the same time it also brought some negative effects on the economic structure of early Han Dynasty.
