素质教育是指一种以提高受教育者诸方面素质为目标的教育模式。它重视人的思想道德素质、能力培养、个性发展、身体健康和心理健康教育。人的素质高低应可用个体行为表现进行推测。高素质者能对各种环境和事物,尤其对意料之外的或从未从事的或从未遇到的事物与环境,能够进行正确或较好的处理。未来的教育应该以培养学生素质为目标,重视学生能力培养和个性发展。如何培养高素质的人才,作为教师责任重大。
Quality education refers to a kind of education mode aimed at improving the quality of all aspects of educated people. It attaches great importance to people’s ideological and moral qualities, ability development, personality development, physical health and mental health education. The quality of people should be speculated that individual behavior. High-quality people can be right or better handling of various environments and things, especially for unexpected and never-ending things or environment. Future education should aim at cultivating the quality of students, emphasizing the cultivation of students’ ability and individual development.
