目的探究脑内肿瘤采用核磁共振波谱的诊断价值。方法选取脑内肿瘤患者120例作为研究对象,依据诊断方法的不同,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用PET诊断,观察组采用核磁共振波谱诊断,比较2组的诊断结果。结果观察组诊断准确率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);诊断敏感性为65.00%、特异性为80.00%,均高于对照组的40.00%、53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论脑内肿瘤采用核磁共振波谱诊断准确率高,敏感性和特异性高,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in brain tumors. Methods Totally 120 patients with intracerebral tumor were selected as research objects. According to the different diagnostic methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group with PET diagnosis, the observation group using NMR spectroscopy to diagnose the results of two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 95.00%, higher than that of the control group (70.00%, P <0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity was 65.00% and the specificity was 80.00%, which were higher than the control group 40.00% and 53.33% Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of intracranial tumors using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy with high accuracy, high sensitivity and specificity, it is widely used in clinical.
