采用单向减薄制样法,在透射电镜下直接观察了变形组织在渗硼加热过程中的转变。结果表明,当加热到600℃时,伪渗硼试样中因形变引入的高密度位错区已经消失;渗硼试样中因硼原子的偏聚,试样表层硼化物未析出的区域,仍存在有类似胞状结构的高密度位错区,而在硼化物析出区,出现了多边化组织和正在生长的再结晶晶粒。形变组织的回复和再结晶过程被显著推迟。
Using one-way thinning sample preparation method, the transformation of the deformed structure in the process of boronizing heating was directly observed under a transmission electron microscope. The results show that when heated to 600 ℃, the high-density dislocation zone induced by the deformation in the pseudo-boronizing sample has disappeared. Due to the segregation of boron atoms in the boronized sample and the un-precipitated boride of the sample surface, There are still high-density dislocation regions similar to the cellular structure, while in the boride precipitation region, there are polygonal structures and recrystallized grains that are growing. The response and recrystallization processes of deformable tissues have been significantly delayed.
