选择血糖控制不良的2型糖尿病患者98例(男46例,女52例)分为CSII组及MDI组,强化治疗2周后,结果:CSII组在血糖达标时间、低血糖发生次数、血清GSP下降及血清C肽水平的增加均优于MDI组。
Ninety-two (46 males and 52 females) of type 2 diabetic patients with poor glycemic control were divided into two groups: CSII group and MDI group. After 2 weeks of intensive treatment, the patients in CSII group had no significant difference in blood glucose level, hypoglycemia, serum GSP Decline and serum C-peptide levels were better than MDI group.
