(一) 方法要点在微酸性溶液中四价硒与硒试剂作用形成黄色络合物。该络合物在近中性溶液中能被苯等有机溶剂所萃取,最后进行比色测定。硅钢中常见元素除铁以外,对测定无干扰,铁的干扰用EDTA消除。本方法适用于0.005—0.10%硒的测定(取样为0.1克)。 (二) 试剂和仪器 1,硝酸(1∶3) 2.硫酸(1∶2)。 3.EDTA二钠盐溶液(10%) 4.硒试剂3.3′-二胺基联苯胺盐酸盐溶液(0.5%)。 5.乙酸溶液:100毫升水与20毫升乙酸混合。 6.氨水(1∶1)。
