目的探讨天珠散对D-半乳糖拟痴呆小鼠学习记忆能力的影响及神经细胞保护作用。方法小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖56天制备拟痴呆模型,造模14天后预防给予天珠散42 d,八臂迷宫检测小鼠学习记忆能力变化,HE和Nissl染色观察小鼠脑组织的海马结构与神经细胞状态。结果天珠散(TZS)450,900,1800mg/kg可降低拟痴呆小鼠参考记忆错误(RME)、工作记忆错误(WME)水平(P<0.05);减轻脑老化引起的海马组织CA1区神经元变性和尼氏小体丢失。结论天珠散能改善D-半乳糖致拟痴呆小鼠的学习记忆能力,对海马组织神经细胞有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tianzhu powder on learning and memory abilities of mice with dementia induced by D-galactose and the protective effects of nerve cells. Methods D-galactose was subcutaneously injected into the back of the neck for 56 days to prepare a model of dementia. After 14 days of model administration, Tianzhu Powder was administered for 42 days to detect the change of learning and memory ability of the mice in the eight-arm maze.
