在K18高温合金等温凝固扩散焊(Transient Liquid-Phase Bonding)时硼的扩散行为起着重要的作用。为此,用α粒子径迹显微照相法直接地研究了硼的扩散行为。 试验结果与恩沢按fick定律的计算结果是不一致的。文中讨论了理论计算之不足所在。 金相研究发现硼促进了σ相的形成。而在以往的计算电子空位数的公式(以预测σ相的形成)中,硼的影响一直没有被考虑进去。
The diffusion behavior of boron plays an important role in the K18 superalloy-phase diffusion bonding (Transient Liquid-Phase Bonding). For this reason, the diffusion behavior of boron has been directly studied by means of α particle track microscopy. The test results are not consistent with the results of fick’s law. The article discusses the theoretical calculation of the deficiencies. Metallographic studies have found that boron promotes the formation of sigma phase. In the past, the formula for calculating the electron gap (in order to predict the formation of σ phase), the impact of boron has not been taken into account.
