离心筛式清筛机早在六十年代已在我国开始研制,由于缺乏科学的测试手段对机器性能、零部件强度、刚度及机器使用可靠性等问题进行系统的测试和试验分析,给整个研制工作带来了一定的盲目性,使该类机型至今未定型和通过鉴定。本文在完成整机多参数全面测试的基础上,运用有关理论,对整机牵引、挖掘、清筛、回填性能,生产率和机架强度、刚度等动静态主要参数和物理参数进行了综合的分析,正确地评价了样机,并提出了一些新的参数设计依据。
