探讨角膜移植术后白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入 (ECCE+ IOL )术对角膜内皮细胞 (CEC)的影响。方法 :对 18只眼穿透性角膜移植术后白内障行 ECCE+ IOL术 ,选同期住院的具有健康角膜的白内障患者 18只眼做对照 ,术前和术后 3月观察CEC的变化和角膜移植片透明度。结果 :与对照组相比 ,穿透性角膜移植术后白内障患者的 CEC密度及六角形细胞明显减少 ,细胞面积变异系数增大 ,但术后其 CEC的损失率 (13 .5% )与对照组 (11.6% )相比 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5) ,术后角膜移植片全部透明。结论 :此类白内障行 ECCE+ IOL术安全可行 ,CEC损失小 ,可维持角膜移植片的透明。
To investigate the effect of extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation (ECCE + IOL) on corneal endothelial cells (CEC) after corneal transplantation. Methods: Eighteen eyes after cataract penetrating keratoplasty were treated with ECCE + IOL. 18 eyes of cataract patients with healthy corneas who were hospitalized in the same period were compared. The changes of CEC and corneal graft were observed before and after operation in March, transparency. Results: Compared with the control group, the CEC density and hexagonal cells in cataract patients after penetrating keratoplasty were significantly decreased, while the coefficient of variation in cell area increased. However, the CEC loss rate (13.5%) and control Group (11.6%), the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), postoperative corneal graft was completely transparent. Conclusion: ECCE + IOL is safe and feasible in this kind of cataract. The loss of CEC is small and the transparency of corneal graft can be maintained.
