1995年2月6日,公司档案室草拟并以公司办名义下发的“关于学习机械部何光远部长的文章《切实加强档案工作为振兴机械工业服务》的通知”,受到了公司各专业厂档案部门的重视,近日来就何部长的文章组织了学习,并就如何进一步搞好企业档案工作展开了讨论。车桥厂综合档案室全体人员围绕何部长的文章,结合工作实际,纷纷畅谈了自已的学习体会。大家一致认为,何部长的文章道出了广大档案工作者的心声,鼓舞了广大档案工作者的士气,使大家进一步提高了对档案工作
On February 6, 1995, the company’s archives department drafted and issued in the name of the company’s office the “Notice on Learning the Ministry of Machinery Minister He Guangyuan’s article “Actually strengthen the archives work to revitalize the machinery industry service”” and received the company’s professional factory files. The department’s attention has been organized in recent days by Minister He’s article, and discussions have been held on how to do a better job in corporate archives. The staff of the Axle Factory Comprehensive Archives Center circulated articles about Minister He, and combined with the actual work, they all talked about their own learning experience. Everyone unanimously agreed that Minister He’s article elicited the aspirations of archivists and inspired the morale of the archivists and enabled everyone to further improve their archives work.
