本文所说的实践性知识,是指政治教师在思想政治课教学实践中所运用的教学方法和教学管理方法,以及对学生的学法建议和对学科知识的自我构建。实践性知识对教师教学水平、教学效果的提高,具有重要的意义。因为,本体性知识(学科知识)只有通过实践性知识才能得到有效的呈现和传授,条件性知识(教育学、心理学知识)只有融入实践性知识才能真正发挥作用。一句话,政治教师的实践性知识水平越高,其教学能力才会越强,教学效果才会越好。
The practical knowledge mentioned in this article refers to the teaching methods and teaching management methods used by political teachers in the teaching of ideological and political courses, as well as the suggestions on students’ learning and self-construction of subject knowledge. Practical knowledge of the teaching level of teachers, teaching effectiveness, is of great significance. Because the ontological knowledge (subject knowledge) can be effectively presented and imparted through practical knowledge, conditional knowledge (pedagogy, psychology knowledge) can only really play its role if it is integrated into practical knowledge. In short, the higher the level of practical knowledge of political teachers, the stronger their teaching ability will be and the better the teaching effect will be.
