行政强制执行是行政法中的一项重要制度。由于大陆行政法学研究起步校晚，困此行政强制执行的相关理论问题仍处于研究、探索阶段，没有形成统一定论。从行政强制执行的主体入手，结合我国国情，提出复合型强制执行模式比较具有合理性，应当加以肯定。 Administrative enforcement is an important system in administrative law. Due to the late start of the research on Chinese administrative law, the relevant theoretical issues of imposing this administrative compulsion are still in the stage of research and exploration, and no unified conclusion has been formed. Starting from the subject of administrative enforcement and combining with China’s national conditions, it is more reasonable to propose the compound enforcement model and should be affirmed.
