“社会工作专业”是一门充满价值判断的应用型专业,专业价值观是社会工作者的精神动力,是社会工作实践的根基,也是其区别于其他专业的显著标志。高校学生如何建构专业价值观并应用于专业实践,对于促进社会工作的专业化及职业化发展具有重要作用。笔者以X高校“起跑线”团队为例,深入分析社会工作专业学生价值观的建构历程,进而提出社会工作专业价值观的建构路径。 “Social work specialty ” is an application-oriented profession full of value judgments.
