发现了痕量铋(Ⅲ)在氨性介质中能催化高碘酸钾与靛红之间的褪色反应,研究了反应的最优化条件和动力学参数,建立了测定痕量铋(Ⅲ)的新方法。方法的最低检测限为4.9×10-12gBi(Ⅲ)/mL,检测范围为0.003~0.200μgBi(Ⅲ)/25mL,用于测定人发及其它生物样品中痕量铋(Ⅲ),获得了满意结果。
We found that trace amounts of bismuth (Ⅲ) can catalyze the discoloration reaction between potassium periodate and isatin in ammoniacal media.
