目的探讨发育期补充必需脂肪酸(essentialfattyacid,EFA)对大鼠小脑细胞构筑发育的影响。方法新生1个月大鼠90只分为正常组、EFA缺乏组和补充鱼油组,分别以不同饲料喂养3个月,HE染色、尼氏染色和嗜银染色观察小脑细胞构筑形态结构的变化。结果EFA缺乏组与正常组相比,小脑皮层的浦肯野氏细胞数目明显减少、排列不规则、稀疏,可见大量的蓝状细胞肿胀、变性坏死,攀缘纤维、苔藓纤维数目明显减少、变短、排列稀疏不规整。EFA补充组小脑细胞构筑结构与正常无差异。结论发育期EFA缺乏可导致小脑细胞受损、细胞构筑发育异常,发育期补充EFA能促进小脑的正常发育和功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of essential fatty acid supplementation (EFA) during developmental period on the development of rat cerebellar cells. Methods Ninety newborn rats were divided into normal group, EFA deficient group and fish oil supplemented group. The rats were fed with different diets for 3 months. HE staining, Nissl staining and silver staining were used to observe the morphological changes of cerebellum. Results Compared with the normal group, the number of Purkinje cells in the cerebrocortical cortex of EFA-deficient group was significantly reduced, irregularly and sparsely arranged. As a result, a large number of blue-like cells were swollen, degenerated and necrotic, and the number of climbing fiber and mossy fiber was significantly reduced and shortened , Arranged irregularly irregular. EFA supplementation group cerebellum cells structure and normal no difference. Conclusion The lack of EFA during development can lead to impaired cerebellar cells and dysplasia of cells, and supplementation of EFA during development can promote the normal development and function of the cerebellum.
