为了保证用轨迹成型法加工光学零件的面形精度,对精密磨削机床影响工件面形误差的因素进行了理论分析。推导出机床调整机构可消除误差的公式。并以误差公式计算出的误差值来调整机床的微调机构,可达到减少面形误差,进而保证面形精度的目的。
In order to ensure the accuracy of the surface shape of the optical parts processed by the track-forming method, the factors that affect the surface profile error of the precision-ground grinding machine are theoretically analyzed. Deduced the formula that the machine adjustment mechanism can eliminate the error. And adjusts the fine adjustment mechanism of the machine tool by the error value calculated by the error formula to achieve the purpose of reducing the surface shape error and then ensuring the accuracy of the surface shape.
