问题解决成功后知识的建构实质是通过表征重述获得概念性知识的过程。基于此,为了促进儿童知识的建构应重视练习的作用,且练习在教学中的应用可概括为两点:第一,通过练习把陈述性知识转化为研究性学习素材;第二,练习应促进儿童问题解决成功后的反思。这样,练习中可以建构新的知识,而不是传统上认为的练习仅仅是为了重复使用已经掌握的知识。
