采用SAP5P程序对YZ-55A型牙轮钻机进行整机的动态特性计算和分析.结果表明,钻机合理的工作转速范围应在80~150r/min之间,在利用YZ-55型牙轮钻机的实测载荷谱的基础上,引入校正系数对YZ-55A型进行动应力计算,得到该钻机整机振型和应力-时间历程图.
Using SAP5P program to calculate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the YZ-55A typed roller rig.The results show that the reasonable working speed range of the drill should be between 80 ~ 150r / min, On the basis of the measured load spectrum, the correction coefficient is introduced to calculate the dynamic stress of YZ-55A, and the vibration mode and stress-time history of the whole rig are obtained.
