一、之谓关于文言文中的“之谓”句式,一般解释说它是动词结构,有“叫做”“称作”的意思,经常用在解释性的句子中,起谓语的作用。而中学语文教材对此句式直接采取回避态度。其实,“之谓”在古汉语中,并非不可分析。王力先生主编的《古代汉语》第一册文选《礼记·大学》《诚意》一则(以下简称《文选》)开头一段:是:“所谓诚其意者,毋自欺也。如恶恶臭,如好好色。此之谓自谦。”《文选》对最后一句译解云:大意是把这个叫做自己不亏心。
First, the predicate is about the “predicate” sentence in classical Chinese. It is generally explained that it is a verb structure and has the meaning of “called” and “called”.
