我国志愿服务起步于上世纪80年代。二十多年时间里,志愿服务一直伴随我国的改革开放而发展。当前,志愿服务作为社会保障体系的重要组成部分在“十一五”规划中予以明确,党的十六届六中全会《决定》和十七大报告进一步提出建立和完善社会志愿服务体系,支持志愿服务朝制度化方向发展,志愿服务在我国经济和社会建设中越来越具有重要的位置。
Our volunteer service started in the 1980s. In more than two decades, volunteer service has been accompanied by the reform and opening up in our country.
