岗位评价是医院人力资源管理中一个重要组成部分。通过建立和运用科学公平的岗位评价体系,医院可深入了解掌握每个岗位的相对价值,明确重要岗位,并且为制定公平合理的薪酬待遇提供重要依据。根据口腔专科医院的特点,为医院各部门制定有效岗位评价方法,以使医院不同岗位之间的劳动价值差异得以体现,从而保障薪酬分配的公平合理,充分发挥其保障和鼓励的作用。
Job evaluation is an important part of hospital human resources management. By establishing and applying a scientific and fair position evaluation system, hospitals can gain an insight into the relative value of each position, clarify the important positions, and provide an important basis for the establishment of a fair and reasonable remuneration package. According to the characteristics of dental specialty hospitals, we formulate effective job evaluation methods for all departments of the hospital to reflect the difference in labor value between different positions in the hospital so as to ensure that the distribution of remunerations is fair and reasonable, and give full play to its role of guarantee and encouragement.
