为建立医院空气中戊二醛的快速气相色谱检测方法,利用ZSM-5分子筛对戊二醛的良好吸附能力,对空气中的戊二醛进行吸附,热解吸后利用气相色谱对其浓度进行检测。结果显示,当空气中戊二醛浓度在0.223~3.568 mg/m3范围时,回归方程为y(mg/m3)=1.503 0×10-8x(x为已扣除样品空白的峰面积,y为戊二醛浓度),相关系数为0.999 9,最低检测浓度为0.044 6 mg/m3,平均解吸效率为94.6%~96.8%。该方法具有快速、灵敏、重复性好和准确性高等特点,适用于医院环境空气中戊二醛的浓度检测。
