探讨产后瑜伽操对产妇形体恢复的作用。方法:将2014年6月至2016年6月通过为期24个月多次研究收集到的资料,即坚持配合8周完成整个研究的165例产妇,分为观察组80例和对照组85例,对2组的产后形体恢复做比较。结果:观察组产妇产后8周形体恢复优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑜伽产后操针对性强,对产妇形体恢复有显著效果。
To explore the effect of postpartum yoga exercises on maternal body recovery. METHODS: Data collected from multiple studies over a 24-month period from June 2014 to June 2016, ie 165 women who insisted on completing the entire study within 8 weeks, were divided into observation group (n = 80) and control group (n = 85) Comparison of the postpartum body recovery of the two groups. Results: The recovery rate of postpartum women in the observation group was better than that of the control group at 8 weeks postpartum. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yoga postpartum manipulation targeted sex, maternal body recovery has a significant effect.
