基于何辉、李高亮等的“一锅法”合成N,N-二甲基羟胺工艺(该合成工艺发表于2006年《化学试剂》第4卷),即用H2O2氧化N,N-二甲基环己胺得到合成中间产物,然后高温分解中间产物得到粗产品。从原料加入到得到粗产品;整个反应在一个反应容器中完成,不需进行物料转移,故称之为“一锅法”。本实验对此合成方法的工艺条件进行改进,包括氧化温度的控制、原料摩尔比、热解、精馏等。
Based on the “one-pot synthesis” of N, N-dimethylhydroxylamine by He Hui and Li Gaoliang et al. (The synthesis process was published in “Chemical Reagent”, Volume 4, 2006) Methylcyclohexylamine to give a synthetic intermediate, followed by pyrolysis of the intermediate to give the crude product. From the raw materials added to obtain the crude product; the entire reaction is completed in a reaction vessel, without the need for material transfer, it is called “one-pot method.” This experiment improved the process conditions of this synthesis method, including the control of oxidation temperature, the molar ratio of raw materials, pyrolysis, distillation and so on.
