中共十八届三中全会指出,必须切实转变政府职能,深化行政体制改革,创新行政管理方式,增强政府公信力和执行力,建设法治政府和服务型政府。全面深化改革需要更好发挥政府服务新作用,推进治理体系和治理能力现代化需要再造政府服务新优势,构筑区域竞争优势需要塑造政府服务新特色,实现区域现代化需要确立政府服务新战略。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out: We must effectively transform the functions of the government, deepen the reform of the administrative system, innovate the methods of administration, enhance the government’s credibility and execution, and build a government ruled by law and a service-oriented government. To deepen the reform in an all - round way, we should give full play to the new role of government services. To promote the modernization of governance system and governance capacity needs to rebuild the new advantages of government services and to build the regional competitive advantage. It is necessary to shape the new features of government services and realize the regional modernization needs to establish a new strategy of government service.
