一、冷压加工的原理目前,使用的耐中、高压的液压管道,主要是冷拉无缝钢管和热轧无缝钢管这两类。冷压钢管头部是根据金属塑性变形的原理,压缩变形和弯曲变形的复合而形成的。在压力机的作用下通过上、下模的型腔形成管接头体的形状。在冷压金属时,金属流动方向对于实心的钢件会产生凸肚变形的情况(如图1)。同样,对于无缝钢管的冷压,头部会更明显的产生凸肚现象,因此用冷压钢管头部形成接头体的整个变形过程。

Similarly, the cold for seamless steel pipe, the head will be more obvious convex belly phenomenon, so the head with cold-formed steel pipe body deformation of the whole process.
