对5个无性系板栗栗实采后生理的研究表明,板栗属具呼吸跃变的干果。栗实脱蒲1周后呼吸速率及淀粉酶活性都逐渐增加,酶活性峰值的出现要比呼吸跃变的峰值晚。无论是呼吸速率还是酶活性,各无性系间均有差异。对栗实进行保鲜处理宜在脱蒲后1周内完成。
The postharvest physiology of five clonal chestnut chestnuts showed that chestnut belonged to a dried fruit with a respiration jump. Respiration rate and amylase activity gradually increased after 1 week in the chestnut and the peak of enzyme activity appeared later than the peak of respiration. No matter respiration rate or enzyme activity, there are differences among clones. Fresh chestnut solidification should be completed within 1 week after taking off the Po.
