这次秘书长会议的中心任务,是研究如何进一步发挥商业经济学会的作用。笫二届第三次常务理事会议和胡平部长对学会工作的指示都是这个精神,同时这也是客观的需要。中国商业经济学会是十一届三中全会路线的产物,没有这个路线,我们的学会也不会产生。中国商业经济学会从1979年2月筹备开始算起到现在,将近10年,从无到有,发展壮大,做了大量工作,取得了很大的成绩:建立了学会组织,进行了理论讨论,开展了业务咨询,培训了一批干部,出版了书籍刊物,为改革、开放献计献策,这同十年前没有商经学会的情况相比,确实起了不少的作用。
The central task of this meeting of the Secretary-General is to study how to further play the role of the Business Economics Association. The third executive director meeting of the second session and Minister Hu Ping’s instructions on the work of the Institute are all based on this spirit, and this is an objective need. The Chinese Business Economics Society is the product of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee. Without this route, our society will not be born. Since its establishment in February 1979, China Business Economics Society has been working for nearly 10 years. It has grown enormously and has done a great deal of work. Great achievements have been made in establishing a learning organization, conducting theoretical discussions, Conducting business consultations, training a cadre of cadres, publishing books and periodicals, and making suggestions for reform and opening up have indeed played a significant role as compared with the situation where there was no business association ten years ago.
