以红薯酒糟为原料,接种30%(体积比)活性污泥,在30、35、40、45℃等4个温度水平下,采用自制小型沼气发酵装置进行厌氧发酵试验,通过测定产气率和化学需氧量COD值,研究温度对红薯酒糟沼气发酵的影响.结果表明,30、35、40、45℃的产气率分别为70.94、24.42、49.70、74.19mL/g;COD的降低率分别为32.62%、18.53%、29.38%、34.83%;30、45℃的产气率、COD的降低率明显高于其他2组;45℃的发酵pH较好,35℃的pH在后期出现了弱酸化现象.
