本文叙述了用体外癌细胞培养技术来研究硒与维生素A、维生素E及砷对宫颈癌细胞生长的作用的情况.研究结果表明,维生素E对硒表现协同作用,维生素A、砷对硒表现拮抗作用.
This article describes the use of in vitro cancer cell culture technology to study the effect of selenium and vitamin A, vitamin E and arsenic on the growth of cervical cancer cells.The results show that vitamin E shows synergistic effect on selenium and vitamin A and arsenic antagonize selenium effect.
